2. Contracts

3. Price, Promotions and Offers

• The price you pay will be the website price at the time you placed or edited your order, subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel promotional codes for any reason at any time.

• Promotional codes are and remain at all times, our property.

• Where a promotional code is issued to a specific individual the right to any associated discount is personal to the recipient and may not be transferred.

• Promotional codes distributed or circulated without our prior written approval, for example on an Internet message board, are not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled.

• Promotional codes are for use against products online only unless specifically designed and instructed for use against delivery, sale goods etc. We have the right to include and exclude products we see fit per promotion.

 

4. Delivery

• Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order which is Verified by PayPal at the Order Confirmation.

• We have the right to choose the means and carrier with which we deliver your order.

• Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

• Repeat deliveries may incur additional charges.

• Delivery charges will be separate to the price of your goods. Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location and carrier services available.

• Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardizes availability for other customers.

• We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. If you are not satisfied with the quantity you have received and the condition of the goods are the same as when they were delivered we will arrange with you for them to be sent back . You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.

 

5. Payment

• Payment is taken from your Credit or Debit card at the point of dispatch for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfill your order.

• In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you as soon as possible. If you have already paid for goods we will provide you with a full refund.

• We make every effort to ensure that the price displayed on our website is correct at the time of you placing your order.

• However if an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you will be given the opportunity to re-order at the correct price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product, which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order.

• Title in the products which you have ordered on this website will pass to you on delivery assuming that we have received payment in full for such products.

• This site is intended for use by the general public and we are therefore unable to provide VAT invoices or receipts automatically or on request.

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund. To cancel your order, please email us within 7 days after the day of delivery. Please quote your order number.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you change your mind about the products you have ordered you will be responsible for the cost of returning those products to us.

• We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly by either informing the delivery person, telephone or email of any dissatisfaction with your order. For the goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction we will arrange with you for them to be collected either fully refund you for them or replace them.

13. Applicable Law

• In the event of any conflict between the English version of these terms and conditions and any translation of them, the English version will prevail.
